Terms of Service

PushRPM provides WordPress monetization software, plugin connection, site-readiness guidance, reporting, placement controls, and optimization workflows. Results depend on site quality, configuration, traffic, ad networks, and third-party policies.

Some one-time readiness tools may help prepare one WordPress site for third-party review. They do not guarantee approval, bypass platform policies, or recommend fake or invalid traffic.

Starter, Growth, and Scale features require an active paid subscription. Access, site limits, and entitlements are based on verified billing state.

Users are responsible for reviewing plugin actions, drafts, ad placement settings, content changes, and compliance decisions before publishing or applying changes.

Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe (monthly or yearly) and renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; cancellation stops future renewals and your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period. Per-site add-ons are prorated when added or removed.

New subscriptions include a 7-day money-back guarantee: if you're not satisfied, email billing@pushrpm.com within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund. After 7 days, payments and renewals are non-refundable and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (no partial-period refunds). Refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Free-trial periods are never charged unless you continue into a paid plan.

Do not use PushRPM for deceptive promotion, policy evasion, invalid traffic, malicious code, unauthorized access, spam, or illegal content.

PushRPM is operated by PushRPM Global Pvt Ltd, a company with its registered office in Delhi, India. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Delhi, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
