PushRPM collects account details, site connection data, billing identifiers, plugin health signals, readiness scan summaries, ad placement analytics, support diagnostics, and referral attribution when applicable.
We use data to operate accounts, verify entitlements, connect WordPress sites, provide reports, improve recommendations, process billing, support users, and protect the platform.
The plugin and support bundles are designed to avoid exposing API keys, passwords, tokens, and private content. Users should not email secrets to PushRPM.
Payments are processed by Stripe. PushRPM stores Stripe customer, subscription, price, invoice, and purchase identifiers, not full card numbers.
Referral links may store first-party attribution so commissions can be reviewed after verified payments. Affiliates do not receive private customer data.
Users can manage account settings, email preferences, billing through Stripe, and plugin connection status. Required security and billing emails may still be sent.
