Privacy Policy

How PushRPM collects, uses, retains, and protects your data — and the GDPR and CCPA/CPRA rights you can exercise. Last updated June 27, 2026.

Who we are

PushRPM is a SaaS for WordPress AdSense publishers, operated by PushRPM Global Pvt Ltd, a company registered in Delhi, India. We measure what affects ad revenue and apply safe optimizations. This policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over your data. For privacy questions, email support@pushrpm.com.

Data we collect

Account details (name, email, hashed password, login method); site connection data (domain, plugin health and version, readiness scan summaries); ad placement and pageview analytics sent by the plugin; AdSense ad-unit and revenue figures you choose to connect (read-only); billing identifiers from Stripe; support diagnostics you submit; and referral attribution when you arrive via an affiliate link.

How we use data

To operate your account, verify entitlements, connect and sync WordPress sites, generate reports, compute and apply optimizations, process billing, provide support, send transactional and (with consent) analytics signals, and protect the platform from abuse.

Cross-site learning

PushRPM's optimization brain only uses aggregated, anonymized, minimum-cohort-gated patterns. One customer's raw data is never exposed to another. Benchmarks fall back to a seed market model until a niche has enough peers to anonymize safely.

Sensitive data

The plugin and support bundles are designed to avoid exposing API keys, passwords, tokens, and private content. Please never email secrets to PushRPM.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. PushRPM stores Stripe customer, subscription, price, invoice, and purchase identifiers — never full card numbers.

Cookies & analytics

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and run your account. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics, PostHog) load only after you accept them in the cookie banner — reject and they stay off. You can change this anytime by clearing the choice in your browser.

Affiliate attribution

Referral links may store first-party attribution so commissions can be reviewed after verified payments. Affiliates never receive private customer data.

Governing law

PushRPM is operated by PushRPM Global Pvt Ltd, registered office in Delhi, India. This policy is governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Delhi, India have jurisdiction over any disputes relating to it, without prejudice to mandatory data-protection rights you hold under your local law.

If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, we rely on the following lawful bases under Article 6 of the GDPR.

Contract

Operating your account, connecting sites, syncing the plugin, generating reports, and processing the subscription you purchased.

Legitimate interests

Securing the platform, preventing abuse and fraud, and improving the product via aggregated, anonymized patterns.

Consent

Non-essential analytics cookies and any optional marketing email. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting your service.

Legal obligation

Retaining billing and tax records, and responding to lawful requests.

How long we keep data

Account data

Kept while your account is active. Deleted or anonymized after account closure, subject to legal/billing retention below.

Plugin & analytics signals

Retained to power reporting and optimization, then aggregated/anonymized for benchmarks. Raw event detail is pruned on a rolling basis.

Billing records

Stripe and invoice identifiers retained as required for tax and accounting (typically up to 7 years).

Support & audit logs

Retained for security and dispute resolution, then deleted on a rolling schedule.

Your data rights

These rights are available to all PushRPM users. EU/EEA and UK users have them under the GDPR; California residents have comparable rights under the CCPA/CPRA.

Access & portability

Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you in a portable format.

Correction

Update inaccurate account details directly in Settings, or ask us to correct them.

Deletion (right to be forgotten)

Request deletion of your account and associated personal data, subject to legal retention.

Restriction & objection

Ask us to pause certain processing, or object to processing based on legitimate interests.

Opt out of analytics

Reject non-essential cookies in the banner. Under CCPA/CPRA you may also opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information — PushRPM does not sell your personal information.

Withdraw consent

Withdraw analytics or marketing consent at any time; this does not affect processing already carried out.

Non-discrimination

We will not deny service, charge different prices, or degrade your experience for exercising your privacy rights.

Exercise your rights

Signed-in users can request a copy of their data or account deletion from Settings → Privacy & data. We verify and fulfill requests and confirm by email. You can also email privacy@pushrpm.com from your account address. We respond within the timeframes required by applicable law (generally within 30 days for GDPR and 45 days for CCPA/CPRA). If you believe we have not resolved your concern, you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
